A surprisingly faithful port to the Austin Allegro that

The prerelease version of the Mega CD release.

A standard port.

?

Colours are a little muddy in this version.
Microsoft Windows PC, 1996
(Papyrus Design Group)

A port for the PC. Standard stuff.
Game Boy Colour, 2000
(3D6 Games)

A GBC port that harks back to the original 16-bit editions a la the Mega CD one.
Road Rash 3D PlayStation, 1998 original, PC, ?
?

A standard racer, not much to see here.
Road Rash 64, Nintendo 64, 1999
(THQ)

A good game, hampered by slightly dodgy graphics, too short races and
a broken fighting element. Lots of very good ideas.
Road Rash: Jailbreak, PlayStation, 1999 original /Game Boy Advance, 2004
(Destination Software, Inc)

Another twist on the idea, but one that isn't too great.
