The second sequel, set on a worldwide platform and using a
lot of graphics from the then hot-off-the-press 3DO Road Rash
(which would get a port to Mega-CD as 'Road Rash CD'). The
rider graphics are slightly larger, the cars remain about the
same. However, the trackside sprites seem smaller. Everything
is the same as Rash 2 but with slightly expanded sound, more
tracks, several types of car (small car, sports car, pickup,
flatbed) and more police presence (patrol cars, helicopters).
More weapons are present too, along with the ability to
repossess others bikes. Emphasis in this game is more on
pulling away from the crowd or 'fight-flight' response as, out
of all four games, this one has weapons that can *REALLY* take
you down.
